The gentleman who came to our house was pleasant and knew his stuff. He measured everything and gave me a bunch of options. Placing an order was easy, we just had to wait for the material to come before making our installation appointment. The manufacturer, Mohawk, actually took longer than expected. Flowers kept me updated the entire time. Once the carpets arrived to Flowers, we finally scheduled. The installation team was amazing, attentive and did amazing work. They moved all my furniture carefully and replaced it back as it was before. Reeeeaaaallllly nice guys!!! The (1) seam we had in our counters is barely noticeable and they did an excellent job of blending it in (approx 6" on left side of the sink). The only thing I would ask them to change is having more than one associate for the plant department. And for a heads up...... if your looking for a particular day or days that the store is empty they vary, but what I've found is Monday's, Wednesday's, and early Thursday mornings.
