Every technician they have ever sent to my home is professional, knowledgeable and willing to answer any questions. And I usually tend to have a lot of questions. I have never got the impression that the tech was on a time or rushed and didn't have time for me. I live in an older building, more than 50 years old, roaches are a fact of life here. So when we have a neighbor who doesn't keep their apartment clean it affects everyone in the building. The folks at Cramer do a fast and effective job of getting rid of these disgusting creatures. So the exterminator did all he could do and will schedule a visit next week to take care of the wasps on the exterior, which I especially had pointed out for the salesman.
