Mr. Dunlap was able to diagnose the problem with my washing machine quickly (after it was misdiagnosed by another company). My issue actually stems from my well, and he took the time to go through my new home build warranty with me, trying to see if the issue will be covered. He assured me that, should the contractor say the issue is not covered, he will come back and fix the problem himself. Mr. Dunlap is extremely knowledgeable, honest, and kind. The staff is usually only 1 or 2 people that have to stock the the shelves also so they are rarely at the counter. Its like a dim warehouse instead of a store. The staff has always been friendly and knowledgeable about the products and their locations”
