“Short version: They are the fantastic! We have used Moon’s Flooring in the past and just contacted them again for a repair. A valve that we were working on cracked in a concealed area and started a very slow drip that wasn’t apparent until the floors started buckling over a week later! (Things happen from time to time, but we take care of them!) Unfortunately, the small damaged area was part of a 3000+/- square foot continuous hardwood floor that went throughout the entire home. In the past I have heard that in order to match the color the entire floor needs to be refinished. This would have required us to move all of the furniture and people out of the house for several days while the work was done, but Jeff came out and immediately recognized the color and told us that it would be no problem to match it without redoing the entire floor! They gave us a very fair price for the work and we are in the process of scheduling. Everyone that I have spoken to about Moon’s has only had wonderful things to say and we are no different. They are honest people who do great work!”

I'd encountered a lot of aggressive sales people in the furniture sales industry with their over promise & under deliver tactics. Also, finding the furniture you like and having it available on the same day is unheard of in today's logistical dilemma. After going to just about every furniture store this side of the Metroplex, I walked into Stacy's. I didn't expect to find the exact type of sofa I wanted at a good price and available that day. Thankfully, I did and I can gladly say they were my last stop. Not wanting to deal with shipping, I was even able to pick up the sofa from the Stacy's warehouse in Flower Mound. The sofa was easy to install and just what I was looking for! A big shout out to Perry, my salesperson. He's a kind, honest person who helped me save money in the process. Will definitely give Stacy's a look in the future!”

“Google maps says the garden center/outdoor living is open until 11pm(same as the store), yet I tried to enter from both in the store and outside the store and the doors won't open yet all the lights are on. Rediculous. Tried to call: there's no way to reach that department directly and after going through the phone prompts, it just hung up on me. **Update: I was able to go during a time they were open (not enough employees, sad), and needed an item that was stored outside. The outdoor section was closed off, but the employee was very nice and led me to the item I needed.”

“I recommend G.S.Bailey Custom Builders inc. to come and do any job you need.Mr. Bailey was on time, cleaned up after every job so there was no mess left. he listened to what you wanted, he offered design ideals for your project. Mr. Bailey remodeled my main living area, which included my kitchen, dining room and all floors downstairs. I couldn't believe how he charged my plain dining into a colorful room. He painted the upper part of wall and put chair reel and panels on lower. He made a small kitchen look larger and gave me more room when moving a wall that wasn't needed. The light color and counter top made everything look larger. He removed carpet out of all downstairs and put in hardwoods, which makes everything look bigger. G.S. Custom Builders Inc. is a licensed company and is fully insured. They give a one year warranty on all work.”
