“We went in the store to pick out carpet for our new 300 sf addition that's our new bedroom /bathroom. We were waited on promptly & the salesman was very helpful in showing us the carpet & different padding . It didn't take long to get what we wanted & a delivery/installation date was set up. It was only 1 day waiting. The 2 men that delivered & installed our carpet worked well & made certain we were pleased . There are 3 steps going up to the main part of our home via the kitchen. I still can't tell where the seam is . Our bedroom is beautiful & the carpet matches our drapes perfectly . Very pleased customer here . I've actually been to Target for the past few days looking for a specific item and was unable to find it and when I was alerted by the Target app that it was in stock at the store, I called and was transferred to toys where she begin assisting me and went ABOVE and beyond to assist me in locating the item, she didn't just say nope I'm not sure, like all previous associates. “Recently purchased a house, used them for the termite inspection and treatment as well as pest control. Spoke with the owner, Pam, directly. She went out to the house to decide what treatment would be best for our home and came the day of treatment to review all the work with me. They are a family owned business - very personable, knowledgeable, responsive. Appreciated the individualized treatment plan based on our house instead of a cookie cutter treatment choice. No scheduling issues - easy to schedule both the inspection and treatment. Her staff were respectful, prompt and easy to work with. The house was empty for a couple months prior to us purchasing, so some bugs made it their home in the interim. I am very sensitive to smells, and there was no odor associated with pesticides which was a huge plus. Would use them again and would recommend to others for termite/pest control”

I attempted to use the self-service copy / printer machines but I ran into an error with the machine, Google drive and some lack of communication between both. The girl working the print center (I forget her name but it began with an S) went out of her way to get the software to talk and my file to print. I was really impressed with her genuine interest in wanting to help but also had a great personality as well. =)”

“Pam came THROUGH! The company I work for needed a small order ~ 7 items in total, embroidered with our company logo on it. She was available, had it done ahead of time, and stayed in contact. She helped pick out colors, was very thorough, and the product looked amazing. I was able to look through their shop and use some of their products as well - little wee baby toys, and wine totes. They really have so much here, and finding this shop was a treat. I will definitely be visiting again for personal gifts. I highly recommend Pro Shop Embroidery!!”

“Wonderful place and even more wonderful people. My face neck jaw my whole head was swollen they saw me that day and gave me antibiotics. I had to go back the next week my tooth ruptured or something and the woman asked me do you want this tooth pulled 2day,my face was still swollen and I was in horrible pain, I cried when she asked me that because I didn't have a penny to my name I told her I couldn't afford it she said hold on and came back with another woman who had a receipt in her hand and took 200 dollars off my bill 😂. God bless those people that work there. My infection was bad the seen me yesterday for free and checked on it gave me strong antibiotics. I don't like dentists but I love them and i love this place.”

I don’t think that anyone can choose a mattress after laying on it for a few minutes, unless you have a salesperson who knows the products and can narrow the selection down to a few. Benjamin was very knowledgeable about the products and therefore made it easy for me to choose which one to purchase. My mattress and adjustable base will be delivered tomorrow. I’m glad that I went to the store in Colleyville and was pleased with the customer service he provided. Highly recommend.”
