“EXCELLENT customer service! Easy online payment portal. Friendly reminders when time to pay. Has auto pay available. Excellent location! Storage unit was clean(NO BUGS) and facility is simple and functional. Lots of maneuvering space unlike the over crowded driving and maneuvering areas in other facilities around this area. Customer Service is off site but is fast to respond to any calls, etc. They have been helpful and great. Only issues are pretty minor: 1) HUGE pothole right at entrance that is very hard to miss as you try to enter or exit. It is so deep and large that it can do some very real damage. Has been a year and not repaired. 2) Unit had holes in walls and part of unit internal ceiling (not the actual roof of the building) is falling in. These are cosmetic issues only and they do not appear to allow any rail, etc into the unit. The repairs from before we rented the unit were not well done and are literally falling off in the heat and humidity we have around here. We have been very happy so far with our unit and the customer service.”

I have been remodeling, as I could afford to, for many years, and the kitchen was “my last rodeo “, to finalize it. I’d saved for this project and was on a beer budget with champagne taste! I’m blessed beyond measure that Dave and crew made a cluttered mess into a design that is easy to maneuver, flows well, has plenty of work space, storage and is beautiful!! Entertaining is so much easier for me now, and my family loves it, too! Yes, there were “glitches along the way “, but I expected there to be some, as I’m used to setbacks in any major remodeling job. Dave and crew made everything right.
