They got the carpet in quick and were able to install it the next day. They came on time, and finished it quickly and efficiently. They also had a good competitive price! They were very cooperative when someone stole my card information and I had to wait to get a new card. They were understanding and patiently waited until I got the new card for payment. The sales representative that assisted us, Herman Chavez, went above and beyond to make sure I was able to select exactly the right flooring for my needs. Over the course of weeks he was responsive and helpful, always professional and, more than once, had samples sent to us so that we could easily find the look we wanted. Once the order was placed he kept in touch with us and, surprisingly, the were delivered earlier than expected. The two gentlemen that installed the floor did not stop for a minute and were informative and polite. My living room was left immaculate. “I have been a customer of RH since 2017, having furnished 90% of my primary residence in Durham and my vacation home in SC with RH furniture and decor. In the last month, I furnished a guest bedroom with RH furniture after moving my daughter’s existing furniture to her new apartment. With the RH Members Program, I received 25% savings on everything, which made the products more affordable than the regular pricing (and not more expensive than Pottery Barn and Arhaus brands). Over these past 3 years of shopping at RH, I have been extremely pleased with the customer service, delivery and quality. In the few instances where there was an issue, RH resolved it immediately without giving me any trouble. The delivery process is consistently easy - always on time and efficient. The delivery team was even efficient delivering to my vacation home in SC where there was no good parking for their truck. I was a nervous wreck but the delivery team handled it all with poise! I have had issues at other furniture retailers, but never with RH, so I will always be a loyal customer. My only suggestion to RH is to consider going back to offering more traditional furniture styles - they seem to be moving too much into the modern and contemporary style, but that doesn’t appeal to everyone. They need to keep a mix of styles.”

“I would highly recommend Molina carpets. William came out several times to my office to show me samples and was friendly, professional, and very helpful. In the long run, I went elsewhere only because they didn't have a product available in the budget I was trying to stay within. They came back out and fixed the carpet that I had installed by another company that had the product I liked in budget, but didn't do a great job installing it. I even tried to leave William a check for his time since i didn't end up buying carpet from them, and he refused to accept any kind of payment, and said he is just doing his job. Great employee, great company.”

“This dollar tree has just recently upgraded to a dollar tree plus and it has so much variety. It was really organized and fully stocked with everything I needed. I have been going to a few for specific items and this one had them. I was surprised at the extra items and purchased 4 of the larger bins. The shirts are a great price and seem to be going quick.
