“This is my second time. Each day was excellent care from the OT‘s PT’s ST. All the staff was there to help you in any situation. My only improvement would be for the patience to check on medication’s versus the medication list that they have been on before coming in. It was a joy to see each therapist there enthusiasm for you to get better. They had a careful eye on all that you were doing to make sure you were doing it correctly. I will also add the rooms were private, and had excellent views when you need your time to rest. I highly recommend.”

I imagine that they do not deal often with individuals that come and go but if the rest of Moses Cone staff in Burlington could follow their lead, this hospital would not have such a poor rating. Unfortunately, hospitals becomes large organizations based on numbers instead of individual care. These 3 people really demonstrated what true human compassion looks like and should strive to become in a hospital setting. I am forever grateful to them!”
