“Dr Korang, his efficient receptionist, Melissa and compassionate nurse, Brenda provided amazing care for me during a recent illness. They kindly worked me in on the Wednesday before Thanksgiving at the end of the day because I was so sick. Other offices I believe would have been inclined to refer me to Urgent Care or ER so they could start their holiday. They spent unhurried time with me and administered proper treatment to get me on the road to recovery. They made me feel better just by being there. Five stars and more to this practice!”

“I would stay here again!!! My experience was an overall great one. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. So you'll know, this is a pet-friendly hotel or at least it was when I was there. My room neighbor had two gorgeous dogs that were very friendly and obedient. The only time I heard them bark was when they needed to go outside. That's a credit to the dog owners however, it reflects on the hotel as well. Again if I have to be within that area of Charlotte, I would definitely stay here again.”

“Convenient and open year-round. Many beautiful sites on the lake with nice views and sunsets. Some sites are downhill back-in and can be tough to navigate. But most are generally level, and quite private. Check site details on the website for appropriate lengths. The bathhouses are not particularly convenient, and are over due for an update… But overall, we enjoy the quiet and the views at this park.”

“I would give a 10 if I could , this place is awesome reminds me of San Antonio. I’ve been searching for something exactly like this. The lady was really nice and friendly I was highly impressed with the respect I received and cleanliness of the shop. They have a huge variety and thankfully everything I went in for I came out with and then some . I don’t know what’s better The or they delicious Treats . “Front desk manager, Melissa, was outstanding. She is a hard worker and cares to make everything acceptable and comfortable for the guests. She deserves a raise!! Seriously, they are lucky to have her. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. They are working on updating the rooms, so there’s lots of construction, rebuilding and replacing going on...so there’s not much else to say about the rooms themselves except that you have to be OK with the inconveniences of an old hotel in 90 degree weather in the middle of renovations.”
