“I moved to the community in July. There were a few minor issues (which is certainly to be expected when you move somewhere new), but the team in the office and in maintenance have been amazing! Before I moved in, I explained to the team that I needed accommodations for health reasons and the team has been great at communicating with me and sorting all of the needs out as they come up:) Maintenance is VERY friendly, professional, and do their best to get things done as quickly as possible. It's been a huge blessing to move here, after moving from a building that had no in-unit laundry, no dishwasher, no patio, little space, unsafe amenities, smoking permitted indoors, unkind and unprofessional staff that didn't follow laws, etc (the list goes on for days), to a place where I feel SAFE- no matter the time I get home, I feel HEARD by the staff, if a concern occurs (few and far between). This gem is the wonderful opposite of my old place. Management also tries to come up with fun activities- like a pool party, or turning a golf cart into a free ice cream truck for residents. My only complaints are some of the noisy cars that live in the complex and our trash in one of the dumpsters (cardboard) is rarely picked up. We are tucked back a bit, into the complex to be fair, and the dumpster may not seen by the pick-up crew. I'd love to see that fixed and the trashcans around the complex emptied more frequently. These issues are VERY easily overlooked when you see how incredible the complex is and the apartment. I've never had so much space (and STORAGE SPACE) in my life! It's truly been wonderful living here! If you're in doubt, VISIT- see it for yourself! Very pleased and hope to be here a while :)”

Landlords were very responsive in dealing with issues such as appliance breakages, etc. The only thing I would like to make future tenants of Red Feather Trail aware of is the fact that the WiFi options are very slim because no provider has buried high-speed lines that far outside of Boone. However, the house itself and landlords were great for the entire 2 years I stayed there.”

“I moved into Brannigan Village earlier this month. I mostly worked with Lindsay. I was super pleased with the move in process and the ease of the online payment system. I viewed the show apartment and my wife and I fell in love. Pleased to say that when we saw our actual apartment, we were just as smitten. I was very satisfied with the staff after having a really bad experience with my previous landlord. They were super friendly and understanding, which put my wife and I at ease about staying here. My neighbors are quiet but friendly. We love the park and dog park. I haven't been able to use the pool or workout room, but they look decent from viewing them. The grounds are well kept and we just had the building pressure washed. I'm pretty happy with the effort they make to keep the community looking nice. Only 2 problems I've had since living here. 1) We had our washer and dryer delivered. The initial washer and dryer were faulty and malfunctioned, but the process of putting in a request was really easy, and it was answered in a super reasonable amount of time. We ended up getting new washer and dryers that work perfectly now. There was a problem with the delivery people. I noticed my airpods were stolen and front office staff took care of that problem SWIFTLY. Within a few hours, the delivery drivers were knocking on my door, apologizing and I had my airpods back. I was very grateful for that. 2) This isn't really a problem, just more of a nitpick on my account. One of the main reasons we chose to stay at Brannigan over the other places we viewed, were because of the security gate. I see a lot of stuff at my job, and that makes me extremely cautious and protective of my family. However, the gate has only been working 4 days of the 2 weeks we've been staying there. I'm sure they're handling the problem, just wish it could be done a little sooner. :) What does make me feel a bit better is that there is almost always a police car near the front office to deter any malice. All in all, I would absolutely recommend this place to my friends and family. The maintenance is prompt, the staff is friendly, the neighborhood is safe, and the apartments are nice. If you're on the fence about staying here, it is well worth the price.”
