“We moved into the Exchange at Holly Springs until our house is done. Even knowing we are short term residents they do not treat us any differently. The office staff is amazing! The maintenance staff is always so friendly and wave to me from their little maintenance carts as they are driving around. No real complaints. The kitchens and bathrooms are all updated with nice granite. The kitchen have stainless steel appliances. The floors are nice wood. The carpet is nice and clean. The upstairs Tennants have been an issue but every time I let the office know about their loud behavior in the middle of the night they are quick to try to get it resolved. I would definitely recommend Exchange at Holly Springs!!!”

“I've been here 6 months. I read some of the concerns on other reviews - water pressure, unresponsive office personnel, and noisy neighbors. I've not experienced any of those. I'm on the 3rd floor and water pressure is normal. That must have been early on was fixed. My sinks, shower, and washing machine all perform normally. The only noise I hear is an outside door every now and then - I've done that myself by accident if my hands are full and I miss the door coming inside. I've never heard my neighbors inside my apartment and have next door neighbors on both sides (not even once). The office staff has been very professional and responsive. I've not had a lot of contact because I haven't had issues. My main contact has been Leanne and she is always upbeat, positive, knows who I am, and responds quickly to notes on the resident portal. I met Nia and Sherry when I moved in too - they were both professional and helpful. I just haven't had opportunity to interact with them much. Overall, great experience. I've been happily surprised at how energy efficient the apartment is. I have averaged $40/month electricity over the last 6 months. It's a great property - Convenient, quiet, easy parking (plenty), nice workout facility, nice place to live.”
