You do have to clean up after the meal but it's only because the the plates are porcelain and silverware are metal. Be careful walking on the floor though. It's very slippery. “Traveling through the area and needed a quick breakfast for our family! After reading a few reviews of a couple different local restaurants, we chose the view cafe. We were not disappointed! The meals were large and delicious and very well priced! You definitely get a bang for your buck! $15 fed 3 people. The staff was attentive and friendly and the atmosphere was warm and inviting. The Decor was farm themed and very cute. They also had a drive thru which was interesting for the non fast food quality of the meals. This place is a must try!”

“New favorite pizza place!! This hidden gem in Erwin is amazing. The place was crowded, but you could still grab a table. The cheese blend on the pizza is perfection. I ordered a large pizza, a small sub, beside salad, and the cheesy bread appetizer for only $30. Can't beat that, way more food than at a chain restaurant and so delicious. This is now my regular Friday night spot. Service was incredibly friendly, they were busy with the line moved quickly.”

Maybe 10 at the most from order placement to out the door. They could use a little better of a system, like a line starts here rope, or order at the pizza counter and pick up at the deli. Instead of everything happening at the same spot at the same time for everyone. Overall, not a bad spot. The only reason it doesn't get 5 stars from me is pricing.”

“Good food, medium service. Getting a table was very chaotic. I think there was something wrong with their electronic system because it seemed like tables were open when they weren’t, so there was confusion with getting people seated. We opted to wait to sit indoors rather than immediately sit outside. The wait was about 40 minutes, which is aligned to what they told us it would be. It’s a text system where they will send you a text when your table is ready. There was a huge selection of food and drinks. I’m gluten free, so it was easy to substitute the corn tortillas for the tacos. They also said the chips were gluten free. The chips and salsa were brought with water right away. The salsa is the best I’ve had in a while. The tacos were very tasty and the rice & beans had surprise beef or something at the bottom. The spices they used were excellent. The classic margarita was good and the mango margarita was good but a little too sweet. Would definitely recommend!”

“I came in on Thanksgiving eve. I didn't think to ask if they closed early. There were 3 young ladies working extremely hard as they were busy and closing in just a couple of minutes. There were 7 or eight people in line. One of the employees even changed gloved and got new lettuce because a lady said her friend had onion allergies. I can not speak highly enough of the 3 women working at this location at close even working still after close. I live 35 minutes from that location and just happen to stop on my way home from work. I hope the young ladies can get some sort of recognition. I did tip them but they definitely went above and beyond. Same I can't give more than 5 stars. They are the definition of customer service. I tried to call the store after I ate to thank them yet again but I guess they had already left.”

Can't rave enough about the absolutely delicious food, these guys have taken gluten free & vegan cuisine to new heights. The care and attention to detail here made for an all around great night. We ordered lots of different dishes because we just couldn't decide.. My favorite thing was the crispy oyster mushrooms...wait....ok, maybe it was the butternut squash fried ravioli....or shoot, hold on.... okay, it was the portobello Rockefeller... or.. maybe the Lions mane steak...??
