They were quick and professional, reasonably priced, used high quality materials, and had good safety standards for their workers. Clean up was also thorough. My only (minor) complaint is that they’re very busy, so the lead time for the job was 4-6 weeks, but they were honest and up-front about that when they gave me the quote. I then contacted Devin at A&W as he had done an excellent job on my son's roof a few months earlier. Devin provided the quote and I thought there was a mistake his quote was substantially lower. I reviewed the quote with him and found it was even more through than the other quotes. His crew came out and completed the job in a day and a half as it is large very sloped roof. “Artisan first did our roof inspection and then did the roof replacement. They were very prompt to do the inspection and provided a detailed report of the damages to the insurance company. Once the roof replacement was approved by our insurance company we waited a couple of months for the job to start because Artisan has a lot of demand. They were very responsive to questions we had. They gave us detailed instructions of the process, of when they were going to deliver the materials and the how we needed to prepare the area for their work. On the day of installation they were punctual and protected the bushes and area around our house. They completed the roof replacement the same day and they cleaned everything meticulously. We are very pleased with the work done by Artisan and would highly recommend them. Our roof looks great!”
