Tecta came out of the gate showing us industry standard and going above that standard to show what level of service and installation we would get if we chose to go with Tecta. Thank goodness we did! From start to finish (about 7 weeks) this project was perfectly executed. Their impact on my building and my employees daily work was so minimal I often forgot they were on site. Obviously noise will always be an issue but the crews were so respectful and helped me know what times would be most loud so my employees would be informed. Update: Your Roofing Company workers did an EXCELLENT job. The workers were fast, hard working , polite and efficient. They did an excellent job removing and installing the new roof and cleaning up the debris and then the project Manager Randy came out to inspect and make sure all the nails and debris were cleaned up and job was completed properly. The roof looks beautiful and we are very pleased. Thank you for doing a great job.”

They were able to find two days without rain and got my roof done super quick. They were even able to keep my back door and yard clear for my dog. “I met the owner of NC Roof Pros one afternoon waiting on my car to be serviced at a local dealership We talked for a while and I told him how I had had trouble with my insurance company. That I had attempted multiple times with other roofing companies trying to get my insurance to cover the damages to my home from hurricane Florence. We had a tree fall on our house and State Farm had tried to tell me that they were only going to pay for a roof patch and the interior damage. My roof was 21 years old and I couldn't get anyone that could repair it due to its age. Chris Came out and inspected my property and explained to me he would build a file for State Farm and submit it. I have to say even though he was very professional and seemed to be more knowledgeable than the other guys I had dealt with I was still skeptical. Chris spent about 3 weeks going back and forth with them, taking pictures and sending in documents for the file. After I had pretty much lost all hope I get a call from Chris saying we need to pick out shingle color that the entire roof had been approved. I cant tell you how much of a blessing this was to hear! If it had not been for Chris and his company I would not have been able to get my roof replaced. The crew did an amazing job. Our roof looks amazing and I have to say I was surprised they were able to do the whole thing in one day. The clean up was like they never were there. Thank you NC Roof Pros!”
