Kevin provided my service.. he did such an awesome job. today was interesting however, I made an appointment to receive nail soak off, eyelashes and full set for my friend. It was a mix-up but it was squared away in no time. Social distancing is what made me provide 4 stars. Everyone else was a station away from each other. My nail tech sat someone RIGHT next to me. For all of that you could have placed my friend next to me instead. Also im a huge fan of eye extensions, however after I received them today unsure if I will try again at this place. They are to full, not natural looking at all. At least 1hr after service my eyes were still itching badly. I lost a few clusters 🤦♀️ as well.”

“I love coming here. Oscar is the only therapist that has worked on me, and I’m one of his more challenging clients since I have a very particular set of needs. He gets me to such a better place, both emotionally and physically, each time I schedule a session with him. He’s very attentive, funny, and goal-oriented. The lobby is exceptionally clean and peaceful, the staff answers my every question and meets my every request, the rooms and restrooms and always very clean, and other therapists/clients are very mindful of others as I’ve never heard outside noise in my sessions. Booking online is actually relatively easy and booking over the phone is also simple. I’ve gone to other Elements throughout the country and have also had equivalent service, so with that said, I think it’s quite evident that Elements as a whole has very high expectations for their therapists and other staff. If I actually lived in NC, I’d be going to this Elements more frequently.”

Also other reviews mention the extra $5 charge because of the pandemic. Just know that nail supplies are expensive and probably hard to come by for these businesses right now. It's reasonable. Also a few of the reviews here mention that the workers talk about them in their language. How exactly would you know?? You don't speak their language at all, you do not understand what they're talking about. And maybe check your attitude and how you treat the workers here. If you were nice to them they're always nice back.”
