“I scheduled an appointment with Douglas Carroll after a previous salon had ruined my hair… it was literally 3 different colors and damaged from a perm and this salon took such good care of me. From the moment I walked in I felt so welcome by everyone. The atmosphere there is absolutely amazing and everyone is helping everyone. I had Chelsea who corrected my color issue and my hair looks absolutely amazing you would never know it was once three different colors. Steve did my hair cut and it was the best haircut experience that I have ever had. Both of them were so knowledgeable about their expertise and made sure I was happy and comfortable throughout the whole process. The place isn’t much to look at from outside although there is a useful privacy fence that screens the parking lot. Inside it’s generally very clean and well kept. What you get for free is ladies that can speak and understand American! Maybe more importantly, they’re not “fake” like other places I’ve been. What you see is what you get without the drama queen attitude I’ve seen elsewhere. Be nice and they’re very nice back too. The best full body rub I’ve had in a very long time although the conversation was so entertaining that perhaps I forgot to take many notes on technique.”

“I have been looking for a local Salt Room/Spa that was open on the weekends so I was excited when I came across this one. With all of the dry weather my allergies have been really bad. It was after hours on Friday when I found their information online, so I sent a Facebook message. They were very responsive and accommodating...at 10am on Saturday they sent a message back and I had an appt that day at 2pm. The spa and salt room is very clean and beautiful, the heated and massaging chaises are so nice and just add to the overall experience. The salt room was very relaxing and extremely helpful with my allergies and congestion. I went on Saturday and then booked another appt for Monday. The staff both times were super nice, very personable and friendly and the two visits have already helped my allergies and asthma immensely. I highly recommend and will continue to be a repeat customer!”
