“Absolutely great. Very friendly people here. From management to dock workers. I came on their lunch at noon but when they got back it was game on. Loaded and out within 45 mins of them being back from lunch. Overnight parking allowed outside the gate (gravel area on the property). Older place but didn't seem very busy. Overall great experience.”

“Fred, Donald, and Bruce were our movers on July 9th. I booked the move calling the Charlotte office, but they drove all the way from Durham to Ballentyne in Charlotte to move us to Belmont. We were at least their second assignment of the day, but they arrived with enthusiasm on a scorching hot July Friday to move us out of our 3rd floor apartment and garage. I was amazed at how quickly they wrapped our furniture, dismantled our dining table and dismounted our TVs from the wall. They also wrapped our king size mattress and box springs with the covers I purchased with ease. I myself was exhausted doing my part, but these men never lost steam. If they complained, I never heard it. They worked thru lunch even though I know they were starving. They were honest with their time at the end (they didn't know I started a stopwatch to verify any price I was given) All our things made it down the interstate safe and sound, nothing is missing or broken, and they didn't even expect a tip WHICH THEY DESERVED!!!! Let me tell you, ask for these three men. Tell them V. Hofler sent you.”

“I'm really glad that I used BK Self Storage! My unit was nice and clean when I moved my things in it and I never had to worry about anything getting wet or damaged by the weather. I also never had to worry if my belongings were safe because I used my own lock and no one can get unless they have a pass code. The employees are very kind and are willing to go that extra mile to make sure that their customers feel welcome to call with any questions they may have. I've never called and not finished a call without all of my questions or concerns taken care of. If I ever need a storage unit again, I will definitely use BK Self Storage on Harrison St.”
