Only restroom is in the office during business hrs .Then is not available when she goes to lunch .This is poor customer service in my opinion .In the end this will be a deal breaker for me .I am 70 yrs old dealing with prostate cancer a restroom is important to me .This is to me is a no class situation. I was able the have my pod delivered to the storage facility, parked right outside the door. It was a life saver. The facility is clean and well maintained. I recently started moving to my permanent location and moved out of my storage unit. They contacted me the next day concerned because my lock wasn't in place.
