“Auto shops are extremely busy and often take advantage of people who are in a bind. This has not been my experience with Performance Auto. I have been there several times for lightweight items like steering shaft, alignment, diagnosis, etc... They always treat me with respect, good communication, and trying to provide the best price and quality work. Really the "ideal" local shop to have. I popped in the other day as I was doing some repairs on my own vehicle at home and couldn't find a specific nut from any local hardware/auto stores - the employee went in the back and found the right size nut and had me back up and going same day. Really appreciate their help each time. Let's hope things don't change and they keep employee great people, skilled at what they do with customer first intentions.”

A few things are above market but most Pokemon products were at market if not below market pricing. The tomato basil tortilla for the wrap is delicious. They offered the wrap to be grilled or cold and it was so tasty grilled! The ingredients were super fresh and not greasy at all. He worked with us on price, threw in some high-end floor mats that my wife wanted, and delivered on his promise to send someone to our house 45 minutes away to make us a second OEM key, free of charge. **2-week update: The van is running and driving excellent, no hidden issues or anything, and the mechanic we had change the oil and rotate tires said he hasn’t seen an Odyssey in that good of condition for the year.
