“Washing machine broke overnight. Ordered a new one to be delivered the following day by noon. When I disconnected the machine it became apparent both valves were leaking and had to be replaced. Went to work really stressing, not knowing how I could get this all fixed in a timely way. Contacted BlackSunSolar and they were there same day, replaced my valves with higher end ones, even did a little drywall work. They even hooked my washing machine for me so when I got home all I had to do was throw a load and press start. Couldn’t have had a better experience. Price point was great. Work was excellent. 11/10. Definitely recommend!!!”

“Nick the CRS is very friendly and nice! Today I was in the middle of a panic attack during pumping my gas and he helped me finish it out. I have bad anxiety about gas stations and I had to fill up. Nick was SO nice to come and help me while he was changing the trash bags. He even said he is there weekdays if I ever need anymore help. “I stopped by here around 11:40am on a Wednesday morning to get some windshield wiper blades. They had a sign with an offer of $8 off Rain-X blades. Eric welcomed me as soon as I came in by asking what I needed. After I told him, he asked for my car information so that he could look up what size blades my car required. Once he had the information needed, he walked me over to the blades and described each of the different brands and their quality/performances. I ultimately decided to get the RainX Advantedge (which was the highest quality) for $37.99 a piece and $81.11 total. After I paid for them, he installed them on my car for me as well. When he was done, I also had him check my battery as I had recently drove to FL for a short cruise and my car battery was completely dead when I returned. After checking it, it was fine. He also checked the alternator for me as well, which had no issues. Eric’s customer service was outstanding and he was extremely helpful and informative! It just so happen to rain less than an hour after I got them, so I was able to try them out. It then rained more heavily the next day so I was really able to test them out. They are amazing and I definitely recommend them!”

“We recently purchased 4 recliners from them and the entire process was so easy and wonderful. The customer service they provide is old fashioned and thorough. Their communication throughout the process was excellent! Our recliners had to be ordered but were in just 2 weeks later. Michael picked them up himself in High Point, unboxed and inspected each recliner, and then re-wrapped each one before delivering to us. Today was delivery day and Michael and his moving partner, Israel, were so careful unloading each recliner, bringing them through our house and upstairs to the tv room they were going into. All with smiles and personable attitudes. Highly recommend this local gem of a business!”

“I have such fond memories of shopping at Emaline Brook with my mother, when I was a child. I was always so excited to go after school to look around at the beautiful pottery, the handmade slices of soap, and making my own beaded key chain. The staff and owners were always so kind. I was sad to hear that they have now closed the brick and mortar location but they are still selling things online and allow you to pick them up locally. I look forward to shopping the website soon.”
