His customer service goes above and beyond just selling the car. One time a piece of debris flew off the road and into my air compressor and my air went out in my vehicle. I took it to Midas and they were quoting me $700 to replace the compressor. I messaged Jeff and he told me to take it to Waltz Radiator in Lexington and they fixed the issue for $90. Removed the debris, welded where the hole was, and sent me on my way, saving me $610 in the process. Buy a car from him. He won’t disappoint. You’ll feel like you’re walking around the Honda dealership snapping your fingers and making your purchase happen at a fraction of the cost.”

“Wow, what a find! This place is amazing. The owner was there the day I went and she went above and beyond to help me find what I needed and I needed a lot! I wish we would have found this place a lot sooner! I needed various dance wear and shoes for my daughter's upcoming dance camp and when I left there I came out with every single thing we needed and at a bargain at that! The dance wear & shoes we found were in excellent shape and priced fair. I thought we'd find maybe an outfit or two, but we found so much. They have a great selection. I appreciated how the owner took the time to tell me where to locate particular items in the store because this saved us a lot of time. The customer service was outstanding. The customer service was certainly better than the experiences I had at a few of the Raleigh dance boutiques. The sales associate also was very helpful, friendly and professional. This place is a 45 minute drive for us, but it is absolutely worth it! We now know where to go for all of our dance needs. I highly recommend this shop.”

The longest part of the process was waiting for the permit to come through from the town, but they followed up often to let me know where things stood. “Alan at the Concord location was incredibly helpful, kind and fast! My parents are new to NC and have been putting off getting running boards installed for years. As they get on in age, getting into their SUV has gotten more difficult. Within 24 hours of consulting w/ Alan, we were back in the shop getting them installed! They’re perfect and he made sure my mom who is in her mid 70s was 100% happy before charging us a penny. Highly recommend! The only feedback we have is that when we drove by the other location first after calling over there, it looked closed even though it wasn’t…so we drove to Concord instead.”
