“Honest, decent prices, helpful service, listens, good with me doing the easy jobs (i.e. brake pads) myself. I recommend Update 1: very busy, did re-alignment and new tires quickly. Previous alignment from last Oct. exhibited unexpected tire wear so they made additional alignment adjustments to hopefully not ruin another set of tires. Tire prices are way up right now but still reasonable prices compared to other shops. I still trust them and will be back, I'll update this review again if that changes. Update 2: easy tire rotation and a good quote for tires for my pickup. Still recommend Tire Masters and bumping up to 5 stars!”

“A small and personal shop, with a beautiful presentation of historic and traditional pieces. I was fortunate enough to have Hal Pugh agree to make a nesting set of 4 mixing bowls and a large punch bowl with 2 baker's dozen cups for me, in the late 1980's, when he allowed Mendenhall Plantation, a Quaker Homeplace in Jamestown, NC, to offer his work in our volunteer shop. I still use and treasure them. Both he and his wife are not only professional potters who take their art very seriously, but are able to impart the history of their location and craft to others who are willing to open to their wisdom. It is an experience well worth the effort.”

“Gage is our favorite pool store. Not only do they have every product you may need to maintain or repair your pool or spa but they also have a lot of fun accessories. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. We purchased a house with a pool almost 2 yrs ago. It was our first time being pool owners. The pool had been neglected by the previous home owners and looked and smelled like a swamp. Brent helped walk us through beautifying our pool and getting the water clear again. His expertise and patience with us during all of our questions and dozen of visits, were so appreciated.”

“I was told that I would need new catalytic convertors on my Crown Vic-- and was quoted $2,000 at a traditional shop. They recommended me to Ace Muffler and they did it for under $1,000. I dropped my car off 30 minutes before closing on Monday and they had it ready for me before noon the next day. Wow! I rarely leave reviews but I highly recommend Ace Muffler. They were extremely nice, quick, and knowledgeable. Definitely made an unexpected expense a more pleasant experience.”

I was very impressed with my experience there, and the the cost was reasonable as well. I especially liked getting a printout in advance telling me exactly which procedures and tests my insurance would and would not pay for. I was informed of the costs involved and asked for my approval before going ahead with those procedures and tests that were not covered by insurance. NO other medical practice has EVER given me that much detailed information in advance before!”
