The earphone jack broke off into the port in my laptop (LONG story) and I tried to get the broken piece out with, let's just say, not the safest "tools". Found On-Site on Google, took it to Greg and he got it out in a matter of minutes! I had other issues with the computer that I wasn't originally planning to fix (battery not lasting, hard drive) but it was necessary. Being this was late Friday, around the time he closes, I left the laptop with him overnight. He came into his office Saturday ON HIS DAY OFF and had a fresh new battery/hard drive installed BEFORE the appointment time. He did a bit more for the computer at no extra charge also! His pricing is VERY fair too! I already told my family in the area to go to him if they have problems with their computers. Other shops take note: THIS IS HOW YOU RUN A BUSINESS! Thanks again, Greg.”

“Wowowee! First of all, if you are craving froyo this is the spot to go to in elizabeth City, NC. This business does not go by the conventional froyo business practice in the sense that they weight your cup full of sweetened goodies. They allow you to pick a cup size for your froyo then you pay for the cup size at a solid price regardless of how much add-ons you have. The prices are very affordable and the flavors are on the slim side but you will definitely find an option that hits the spot. The interior is nearly decorated and color. The outdoors seating is plentiful, though I think it is shared outdoor seating areas not just Berri Licious' seating. It is clean, it is convenient, customer service is good, parking is plentiful. There is little to not love about this place.”

“Have a 2020 dump trailer i got brand new- had an issue raising the bed- shop in Lexington couldn't even look at it for a week- place in Thomasville told me the hydraulic motor went out and it would take him two weeks to replace it (which i found odd since I hadn't even bought new tires for this thing yet)- brought it here and they quickly found a little short in my remote wire to raise/lower the bed and fixed me up in no time for barely nothing. Will definitely come back if i have any other problems. Saved the rest of our week working.”
