“I have had Dr. Clark (well both Dr Clark's) as my Optometrist for 20+ years - starting at the original location in Durham. I know they have stringent criteria for the other doctors to follow in the practice at all the locations - original and what I think to be franchise locations. I have ALWAYS had a great relationship with the staff who have helped me pick out frame styles and helped me stay within my budget. I have gone back several times over the years to get frames adjusted or fixed without any problems. I would recommend this practice to anyone who asks.”

The lady who works the make up counter is my specific reason for posting though and she has been there since I started picking up my mothers scripts there. She always has an amazing attitude and is patient with my mother who asks a lot of questions. She helps my mother often and always goes out of her way to ask me how my mother is doing when she sees me there alone. Really makes the location feel like a part of the community. Ill often drive out of the way to go to this specific location.”

“Recently had A 7 Service performed on my 2018 CR-V. Jeremy was the person who handled my request for the A 7 Service. I also had a minor malfunction that I ask he would look at. He was able to diagnose the minor issue, told me it would take less than an hour to repair. Since I was waiting for my car during the A 7 service, it was very helpful to know the minor issue could also be addressed in a reasonable amount of time. Thanks Jeremy for the great communication. I just had a B 1 Service this week and it went great. In and out so fast. Easy to make an appointment, greeted nicely and a nice welcoming wait area. I had my oil and oil filter changed, and my tires rotated and balanced all in an hour or so. Well done everyone, keep up the good work.”
