“Ordered cams/valve springs a while back. Took longer than expected and to be ready for this season i would not have had time to have them installed. Emailed the owner, explained I was requesting a refund. He responded quickly, and while refunds are usually not accepted(these are custom made parts) he was able to sell my specific items to someone else which allowed for him to process a refund. (I got lucky, he worked with me). Not saying you'll be able to experience the same in the future but at least the owner did his best to make the situation right and for that 5 stars all the way. “I was meaning to write this review sometime earlier but I'm getting around to it now because it is important! I should first mention that the test was not for me but for my sister in law who was visiting. This review is based on my experience! My sister in law needed a rapid covid test done for her flight back home and although I had not ever been to this pharmacy before, I had driven by it many times and decided to give it a try since we were on a time crunch and it was nearby. Since the test was not done on me I'd like to explain why I am writing this review. Emma not only greeted my sister in law, but also myself. She is authentic in the way she speaks and acts, and as outsiders, that is key in customer service. I wouldn't have thought that going to the pharmacy, especially for someone else, would have such a positive effect on my day. I feel that Emma is an asset to this pharmacy because of how helpful, knowledgeable, and warm she is. She also took care of us in a timely manner. I have to make sure I can give Emma this recognition because she is a bubble of positivity and I can't thank her enough for her genuine kindness. This is now my pharmacy of choice, thank you!”

“Excellent service. All staff were friendly and patient to work with us as new bowlers. My son asked for a bowling ball for his birthday recently. I tried to get him in ahead of his party and trip to the bowling alley. Didn't work out so we came first thing in the morning and were able to get him fitted and the ball set up before we came back from lunch to bowl. I'm sure they really had to hustle and we were totally fine if it wasn't ready in time to bowl that day. They came through and it really made his day. It was only his 3rd or 4th time bowling and the custom for ball literally doubled his score and broke 100 in each of the 2 games he played! He was so excited! Thank you for the great service!”
