“I went there today to get some information on trailers and narrow down what I was looking for. After first pulling into their lot, I was a little skeptical. DO NOT LET LOOKS FOOL YOU! Everyone I interacted with was nice and knowledgeable. After being sent to their trailer lot to meet with Everette, I knew I had come to the right place. He listened to what I was looking for, then knew exactly what to show me to help narrow down what I wanted. He was VERY knowledgeable on all the trailers in the lot and admitted anything he was not certain about. Everette spent a long time explaining the differences between trailers to me and giving his personal pros and cons about each. There was NO pressure from his side on pushing towards a purchase, but rather was just focused on informing me on the inventory. I am typically hesitant on visiting dealers due to the usual salesman but I was comfortable throughout my visit to this dealer. When I go to buy a trailer, I will be giving Rigsbee my business as it has a personal and professional feel. Lastly, their pricing on the lot seemed to be straightforward and VERY reasonable.”

The contractors that came out provided a cost estimate that was 1/3rd the price of a highly rated local contractor given to us just the day before. I had assumed the other contractor's price was high, but I didn't realize how far off it was until receiving the much lower quote from the contractors at Jason H Pope. They were able to start work immediately and completed the job in about 2.5 hours. Both gentlemen were very courteous and efficient. I received a call from the company the next day checking in on the work to ensure we were happy with the service. All around a great experience. I would definitely recommend them!”

Honestly, most of the bad reviews can be attributed to individual 'expectations' as they expected a full branch with teller services. This branch has everything except teller services. Chase Bank's front office people are generally good BUT their Back Office definitely needs improvement in their efficiency. Whenever someone opens an account, the back office due diligence takes days which in my opinion SHOULD BE DONE IN HOURS. The staffs at this Branch were very prompt, courteous, attentive and served us immediately to our full satisfaction. Keep up the good services!”
