This morning, I had him come out to check out a soggy part of my yard, and he ended up running into a failure/location combination he had never seen before. He resolved it very quickly, and i have confidence that he did the job right. I also added to the scope of work at the outset of the visit (i had broken a connector while digging in the garden, and asked him t check my backflow preventer), and he also resolved those quickly. This is the 2nd or 3rd time he's been out to help me resolve an issue, and every time i appreciate his work.”

“I am a new patient of Dr. Solomon. They were able to give me an appointment the next day. Another dermatologist in Cary only had a opening after two months! Dr Solomon was very positive and easy to talk to. Right away she performed a few biopsies on my skin. I expected to have to come back for that procedure so I was happily surprised by the quick service. Her assistant was very knowledgeable and friendly too. The only downside was the long wait. They ran about 40 minutes behind schedule. I signed up for the 3 x 3 procedure and I am excited to start this regimen.”

“Hi. We used Luxury Bath to replace our one piece bathtub with a shower. They did a good job, showed up on time, cleaned up afterwards, etc. The installers,(Warren & Danny), were good and finished quickly. However, we had a leak the first time we showered. Luxury Bath was quick to respond to the problem, fixed the leak, repaired and painted the living room ceiling. It's nice to see a company not give the run around when resolving a problem with their product/install. We would recommend Luxury if you are considering a remodel, however a couple of things to keep in mind. Make sure they get the right size drain pan. Our salesman said we needed a 30 inch wide pan, but the installers said it should have been 32 or 34 inches. They had to add a filler strip, but it looks ok. Also, we selected some trim for the wall panels, thinking that the trim was part of the panels. The trim is not. They are separate pieces that are attached to the wall panels. This was not explained by the salesman. Other than that, we are happy with the new shower. We would give Luxury 41/2 stars”

And, in understanding some technical aspects of my Copeland Scroll compressor (A Division of Emerson Electric). I called Emerson, and thru their voice response system was directed to the Copeland expert at ACR supply, Greg Harrison. Greg was extremely helpful in identifying my Compressor, the appropriate replacement, and in providing me with technical rating conditions for the compressor. I can't say enough good things about how helpful these guys are at ACR supply. Give them your business !”
