The owner, Jessica Burton is very straight forward with her expectations of her employees and for the most part, most of the employees with bad experiences are those that felt as if her rules didn't apply to them. I have been with Poly Vinyl Creations for 6 years and 3 months and have faced many challenges, however I have put forth the initiative to do my job as that is what I am getting paid to do. It is a very family oriented business and they have been very understanding and lenient towards many employees, however those employees that share their feelings as if it were a bad experience are those that have taken advantage of the kindness the owners have given. Overall, I am pleased with where I work and respect the fact that we have a business to run.”

Few years ago, I had an eye issue after a flight trip out of NC and Dr. Finn called me back in few minutes relieving my stress despite it was a busy Saturday. The staff is so friendly and Gavin, the Lead Optician, is ONE OF A KIND. He went above and beyond to help with my frames and progressive lenses, fighting with manufacturers advocating for his customers getting the best deal and quality.
