“This place is awesome. For last month or so I've stayed here over the weekends and sometimes during the week. The beds are very comfortable. You won't wake up with back pain! That's huge. They tend to not have all the rooms in working order but that's ok, call the front desk get the maintenance man or request a properly functioning room. I would give it five stars but it's what I just mentioned along with the women at the front desk have very poor professionalism. You'll stand at the window for quite some without them giving you any eye contact nor letting you know what they're doing in order to assist you.”

I called them and had a very informative chat with a representative who discussed my options and said they could get someone in the same week. They followed up with a detailed email summarizing my infestation issue, treatment options and a quote. I opted for the ULV injection & Baiting which was recommended for medium to heavy infestations. The scheduling process was so seamless and they were able to book me that same week. The instructions for prep and post-care were very helpful and informative. The exterminator arrived right on time and performed all work as described and even sent photos of where the insecticide was sprayed and bait placement. It has been 2 months since the procedure and there has not been A SINGLE ROACH IN SIGHT. I can actually almost cook again in my kitchen and open my drawers without fear. Getting professional from them was the best decision and money spent. I wish I had gone to them sooner. All those years wasted living in constant fear and stress. I would highly recommend to anyone with a persistent pest problem!!”
