“We purchased 2 sets of toilet seat bars a number of years ago and when we went to use one last week, it was missing a part. I emailed the manufacturer Liberty Hardware and they sent me out a replacement part for the Delta toilet bars within a week at no charge to us, even though we purchased them years ago. I can't say enough good things about the speed and quality and generosity of their help for us. Yes it was not an expensive part, but as we are a non profit any savings is appreciated. But even more appreciated is how helpful and quick they were.”

“EXCELLENT customer service! Easy online payment portal. Friendly reminders when time to pay. Has auto pay available. Excellent location! Storage unit was clean(NO BUGS) and facility is simple and functional. Lots of maneuvering space unlike the over crowded driving and maneuvering areas in other facilities around this area. Customer Service is off site but is fast to respond to any calls, etc. They have been helpful and great. Only issues are pretty minor: 1) HUGE pothole right at entrance that is very hard to miss as you try to enter or exit. It is so deep and large that it can do some very real damage. Has been a year and not repaired. 2) Unit had holes in walls and part of unit internal ceiling (not the actual roof of the building) is falling in. These are cosmetic issues only and they do not appear to allow any rail, etc into the unit. The repairs from before we rented the unit were not well done and are literally falling off in the heat and humidity we have around here. We have been very happy so far with our unit and the customer service.”

I called David and he came to our home and cleaned out the screen and fixed it with his mobile service. I have never experienced a mobile screen repair service before. This is the third one we have replaced in a year, rest assured, David will be the only one who repairs our phones from now on.
