He not only texted my husband the issues, but he also took a short video, showing the problems. Any time we contacted him, he always contacted us right back. Great communication! The cart runs great! He did a wonderful job and now it runs smooth and we don't hear all the noises we did before. His prices are fair and you won't find any better workmanship than Pinnacle.
