“We have had a great experience at speech stars. My daughter looks forward to her in home session every week. The therapist has made incredible progress with my daughter. Even my daughter's preschool teachers have commented on how quickly her speech has improved. The therapist does a wonderful job of keeping me informed on her progress and giving me ways to help to help my daughter as well. All of the insurance was handled by speech stars so I didn't have to spend anytime making calls or dealing with the insurance company. Thank you to speech stars for making this such an easy process. “I love it when I have a story behind a restaurant. I was on my way back to Thomasville from Winston and kept thinking. I wish there was something else in this area as far as a restaurant. I was really in a burger mood. I know about Cagney's which is great .. I worked hard this morning and really didn't want to wait until I was all the way back to Thomasville to eat. So when I was in the direct epicenter of where, I wanted to find a place. I saw a strip mall kind of back and up to the left. I thought the odds are small of something being in this place. But I've never been up here, so I'm gonna look. Sure enough there was a Thunder Road bar and grill. I had my apprehensions since I am a non drinker. But I guess the bar part is just open on. The bar part is just open evenings? So I wondered in this sharp but slight Is little sandwich shop. I was impressed the minute that I walked in the door without cleaning it was. The waitress was very prompt, friendly. Courteous and glad to answer my questions. And in a reasonable amount of time, I was served a true chargrilled burger on a brioche bun. Really nice. And they were happy to give me a salad instead of french fries. And I was happy to find out that it was true homemade buttermilk ranch dressing. This was a really nice experience and a really good fast meal. Again, this is another one of those. I would love it if there was a 4.5.... I will be back. I really loved the taste of the burger. OH! My meal - salad and drink was less than ten dollars!!!!”

“My daughter enjoyed her first grade experience at MSD this past year immensely. When she was remote learning during the 2020 fall semester, MSD teachers went above and beyond to provider her with engaging activities, taped and live lessons, learning apps, and even art and music lessons. I cannot imagine the amount of work it took to prepare this remote learning curriculum on top of their in-class curriculum. Her teachers took the time to give her feedback and went above and beyond to make her feel included in the classroom. When she returned to in-person learning in the spring of 2021, the teachers showed great caring and sensitivity to her needs to help her integrate. We cherish these teachers. I knocked one star off because the school required us to sign a binding contract for the following school year, and their deadline was weeks before we were able to hear if we were admitted to other area schools. As other reviewers have said, they do not let people out of the contract. However, we are not too upset about it because our daughter enjoyed the school so much.”

They have home goods like locally made candles, soaps, lotions and towels as well as both refinished and untouched original finished furniture and decorations. Great place to get some unique pieces and decorations for your home or some local, natural beauty products. I It's very easy to spot and close to saxapahaw and other antique stores as well as right up the road from Reverence Farms great place to grab a bit after antique shopping! Certainly recommended”

Then after waiting 25 minutes we finally got the food we ordered and paid for…. Dang people that’s too long! Hay de mi! Quiero comer hay! Ok so it was served hot fresh and very good and the salsa was perfect! (Full disclosure- it seemed expensive to me because I live half the year in the Philippines). Prices are reasonable for the area and the amount served.”
