“Very, very friendly staff! They were remolding when I was there, but you could see the animals were well cared for. The gentleman was so nice to allow my son to hold one of the bearded dragons and taught him so much about the care requirements for several of the different species they carry. It's definitely nothing like a big chain pet store, which I prefer any day of the week because the owners are in the business because of their love and knowledge of pets, not just for the paycheck. I highly recommend them and I can't wait to see how the renovations turn out!”

“One of our skylights was leaking quite a bit (they were old & cheap and the leaking one was southern facing), so I had 911 Roofs replace both in 2021. They did a great job so I then had them replace our gutters and install gutter guards, also in 2021. Again, a great job! I just contacted them for an estimate to add a porch roof on the front of our house. I wish they did decks. I'd hire them to do the front.”

“We've lived at Amelia Village for 8 years now and love it. We've been very luck with great neighbors too. The new plumbing fixtures, floors and digital thermostat brought it more up to date. The office staff are great as well as the maintenance crew - they ROCK! Plus you can't beat the location, everything you need is close by. One of our favorite things which you don't see much at apartment complexes is the shade trees and landscaping. I hope to stay for a lot longer!”
