I don’t like haggling, I’m typically not good with people and social interactions. I felt damn near at home while there. I personally mostly dealt with Lisa, who is one of the kindest people I’ve come across in my 30 years. Jimmy showed no difference in that, in my limited interactions with him. I bought my first vehicle from them (without my parents to help me [my last vehicle lasted me since basically fresh out of high school]) and I was super concerned about how I would handle a “snake of a car salesman” as my father would’ve put it. I couldn’t have been more relieved to have been blessed with buying from them. There’s so many words to say, but none that are worth enough that they deserve. Thank you so much for you insight and aid, your kindness and expertise, your straightforwardness and just overall great customer service. It’s weird saying customer service, because it didn’t even feel like that. It felt like buying a car from someone I’ve known all my life, even though I met you for the first time. “While on our trip down to Myrtle beach (from Philadelphia) we went over some debris in the road and started losing air in our tire. I got off at the nearest exit and found this place. I pulled in, asked the gentleman at the front if he could help a lady with a flat tire and he said sure and got me in and out in 20mins. I had a full car so we all got out, walked to cvs up the street and back and the car was done! Kids thought it was like magic. We got the tire plugged for only $25. The gentlemen was actually so nice if I was a local I would definitely be back to see him. I wish I had gotten his name, but I was so stressed I didn’t even ask. But he made a stressful situation painless. Thank you so much!”
