Sean Albert noticed someone different was at my unit one time. He just alerted me via text. I had forgot my buddy was going by my unit that day. So all was good. But the fact that Sean Albert cared enough to alert me speaks volumes! You cant get this type of service from automated services. Im not saying they do this for everyone, but Im thankful that Sean Albert was there onsite and let me know. This is reason alone for me to choose this location and Sean Albert for storing my items because he really does care about the customer experience. I also like the fact that all my tests for, blood work, x-rays, etc. can be completed on site. Their MyChart online record data base keeps me informed and all test results are ready within 24 hours. If I have a medical question, I can contact them through email and receive an answer within 24 hours. Awesome place!”
