“This is my first experience with Triangle PC Geek Computers and it was exceptional. My old laptop died unexpectedly and I needed a replacement within two days to run my digital sound mixer. Alfredo, who is either the manager or owner, went out of his way to bring out a stack of touch screen notebooks from the service area and assisted me in choosing the one that was best for my application. By 2 pm the next day the notebook was upgraded to more RAM, a new SSD was installed, the computer was cleaned, fully tested and ready for pickup. I am very happy!”

I stopped in today and was greeted by an employee who pointed me in the right direction. I got the plants I wanted quickly, check out was simple and organized (there are signs everywhere and the employees are helpful) and was on my way with exactly what I was looking for. Their prices are quite reasonable for the size plants I bought and the plants appear healthy. There was no shortage of them to choose from either. It's not the closest garden shop to me, but I'll be back regardless.”

“I called at 4:30pm... it took a few rings for someone to pick up. I didn't think anything of it, because I figured they didn't have anybody specifically for answering the phone. So I asked if they took household trash. The gentleman told me yes but only 10 bags. (I'm figuring per day.. that's how most places are.) OK cool. So I rushed around grabbing all our trash. Threw it all in my car and went down the road. I Thought I had plenty of time to get there. Now it says online that they close at 6pm. I was not told that they were closed or that they were about to close. Hit the directions button that are on Google. It said 28 minutes from where I live. I pulled up to the entrance to find the gate closed. There was a sign that said they close at 4:30pm. I was devastated that I not only rushed around for nothing, but that I had lugged all that stinky trash in my car for nothing as well. I did not think to take a picture of the sign while I was there.. that's how upset I was. All that needed to be said was, "hey we are actually closed right now. So you're going to have to wait until the next time we're open." I would have said "OK thank you very much. Your Google says 6pm, so please update it to avoid anybody else going through this later on. Have a great day!" I don't even know when they are actually open again though. Online it says they're open the same days as the place in the town where I live, and they have the same hours according to the sign on the gate. But who knows if Google is even right.🤷♀️ That's why things like that need to be updated.. often. Please. I'm not mad. I'm not bashing anybody or the business. I'm just upset that I wasted the gas. I know I'm not the only person affected by the rising costs of living. So a heads up that they were closed already or closing soon would have been appreciated. Thank yall and have a great day!”

I started my reservation at the WT Harris location with Jesse the store manager who was awesome and very helpful but once I got to the location, I needed a bigger unit and Jesse referred me to their next location on Sharon Amity. Not only did he refer me he called and set everything up while I was there. Ms.Carol at the Sharon Amity location was very helpful with getting the new unit setup over the phone with Jesse and once I arrived at her location. I had a problem with my unit space. Ms. Carol took care of the problem with such great customer service. I will like to thank them both for the seamless process for me💕”

“We celebrated my daughter's sixth birthday that Embrace Wake Forest. She and her friends had a blast. We worked in 30 mins of martial arts instruction into our two hour reservation. The kids had fun participating and the adults enjoyed watching the instructors encourage the kids with over the top engagement. We had a team of three Embrace employees helping to get us settled. Our party brought in food, in addition to the pizza provided, and they helped us carry items in, gather the kids and transition between play and food. The facility was clean. It offered a small ninja warrior course, a climbing wall, a basketball court, a small green turf, a interactive projection game, a theater, two swinging houses, and space to run. If you are interested, be sure to give the place a visit, prior to making reservations, as you may want to request other seating options for cake and pizza. We definitely recommend Embrace for birthday parties, if you are looking for something more intimate and tons of fun.”
