“Nice employees. The man who checked me in was pleasant. I waited 2 hours to update my last name on my driver's license. The lady with blonde hair, middle-aged, who was going to have soup for lunch, was so sweet. I know she was so busy. I didn't get her name. They only negative was the long wait and the really sad looking building, the deteriorated bathrooms for the public to use. And, the equipment used to sign things with the electronic pad and pen is so damaged and run down that I couldn't even see my own signature when I was using it. Please renovate this building for the people who work here and the people who go here to conduct business. It's so rough, tattered, and could use some fresh air in there.”

Since I'm from a town with no cooking/baking store I was pleased to see plenty of options in Winston-Salem. Lo and behold, none of the business's had a bread lame (some didn't even know what it was). “My 4 year old son has been doing two 30 minute sessions a week with Tracy For over a year now and I couldn't be more pleased with our experience. “This laundromat is Under New Management recently. They have cleaned up the building, installed new dryers and washers, and open up the floor area quite a bit. The new washers and dryers perform well and other than being a little cool in the mornings, the atmosphere inside is comfortable. The only downfalls would be that the TV reception isn't all that great and that there's no free Wi-Fi available now either. It's nice to see the new upgrades and better equipment. Edit: I usually hate changing my news, but it seems that I'm not liking this new management as much as I thought. Even though there's more space here, and Monster Machines, it seems that the management can't figure out what they want I charge for prices and if you get a free drive with the washer or not. I hate communal place and not knowing what the prices are or if they've changed their service policies.”
