“I called after 10:00 and was disappointed to hear about the fact that there was no driver. So I thought ahh why not and kinda kidding, kinda not, asked if I could get a discount for coming to get it myself. Kandi told me that sure she would be happy to help. So I placed my order, which she reviewed my past order and seen I had ordered a chicken BBQ pizza. I was impressed with this and agreed to order that again. I then asked if I could get deep dish pizza stuffed crust. Again was disappointed to find out no, but was going to move on when Kandi then offered to make it special for me and just charge me extra for the cheese. I was 100% pleased with this and agreed to that as well. I then asked what other kinds of treats are available and the menu was well known and I decided on the apple pies. Overall a fantastic experience and I will be returning. Not only for the food, but for her service too. I am a customer service manager myself and she did fantastic. The tone was great, the attitude was great, the pleasing of my late night shift at work hunger was great. Thank you.”

I had my first appointment today with Dr. Kevin Hartman and he was very thorough ... he reviewed my history and I gave him details of the past surgeries and other pertinent facts. He even asked me if there was anything I wanted to ask that was not part of the new patient forms from Mercy Health. I chose Dr. Hartman as my primary care physician, since we recently moved to southern Ohio. He answered all questions and put me at ease as a new patient. His medical assistant, Allison, also did a great job with the vitals and confirming my history and prescription(s). I plan to setup an annual physical with Dr. Hartman and I highly recommend him.”

We had Troy and his team (Rob and Caleb) demolish our old deck and build a new, upgraded deck for us in the same spot. The deck itself is gorgeous. The attention to detail, the quality of the materials, and the finished product have exceeded our hopes. In just a little over a week, we feel like we've significantly upgraded the value and livability of our home. Just as important, the customer service we received from Troy, Rob, and Caleb was OUTSTANDING. They were so professional, friendly, customer-oriented, and passionate about the project they were creating for us. The positive energy and enthusiasm they brought to this outdoor living space will increase our enjoyment of it throughout the years. We also had Kip and his team do some general outdoor repairs and painting for us - again, they were awesome people and we are totally satisfied customers. An overall A+++ experience.
