“As a medical professional myself I cannot emphasize how wonderful this practice is! We moved from our old practice which was just awful to this one about a month ago. My little girl is 4 months old. We see Dr. Patusch and he is so wonderful. I was terrified switching practices but I was desperate to find a good physician. Dr. Patusch sat down and talked to us for 30-40 mins. He is truly so kind and answered every single on of our questions. The staff here are also so kind! Every time I go or call over the phone everyone has been thoughtful and respectful. Also, I feel safe going even during COVID times because they do so well with their precautions. They only do well visits in the morning and sick in the afternoon. A model that is highly recommended and should be followed by all facilities. They screen you over the phone and directly place you in a room. No waiting room. This office has truly been a lifesaver and I can’t express how wonderful they are. As a nurse, I trust them with my daughter’s care.”

I have been going here since before it was bought out by CVS and they continue to provide excellent customer service. They constantly go the extra mile for my family, recognize us when we walk in and ask after us. They truly care and are part of our community. They are knowledgeable, kind, detail-oriented and fast. “It is a 2 mile walk through this facility so wear your good walking shoes. it is a very popular place to visit. There is anything and everything there that you may want to see and buy. Grocery Carts are available to use. Staff is pleasant and helpful. There is a place near the back of the building to pick up a quick bite to eat. There are 2 areas provided to sit and enjoy your food. Weekends are busy so go early to beat the crowd and be able to get a grocery cart or you will have to wait at the check out or in the parking lot to find one. They go fast. You may also want to stop at Jungle Jim's near by”

“I absolutely love this branch. Ang is so nice. I’m so blessed to have continuously worked with her through my divorce and other life changes that came up. The staff at this location is all friendly. The ATM also accepts deposits of cash and checks. Cash is available immediately and checks become available biased on HawaiiUSA hold policy. The only feedback I have is to wish we had higher ATM withdrawal limit. It’s currently $500 would like to see it raised to $1200. Also would like to see Zele and the incorporated within in the mobile app.”

“My car was totaled on Sunday, when the control arm and axle snapped on my rear tires while I was driving. I called Safeco and submitted a request to have my car towed home and they were fast, responsive and I only had about a 30 minute wait for my car to be towed. That was great. 3 days later I had to have my vehicle towed to a shop and I had my request submitted, however the request was sent to an insurance company that I have never carried a policy with. So it took a bit longer to have the request submitted. But the resprentative that I talked to (Roseen) not sure if I spelled her name correctly, once I figured out the request was submitted to the wrong insurance company stayed on the phone with me until the right insurance company got the request and she expidited the tow request. She was also very professional, empathetic and efficient about explaining the situation to the third party on the phone. My car was picked up about 15 minutes later and taken to the shop. I'm very please with the experience I got.”
