Cook's Crossing

We feel at home here! Everyone has been welcoming. Our maintenance guy, Donnie is awesome. He responds to calls quickly and does a great job! We are very happy.

I've been a resident since 2014. The complex has 16, 12-unit apartment buildings on about 11 acres of land so, there's plenty of parking space. The apartment buildings are divided into 3 cul-de-sacs, each of them surrounded by woods. I think that is my favorite part. There is no workout area, pool, or playground.

The apartments themselves are in different stages of renovation. In my case, the Kitchen, bathroom, and hallway have been completed.

Up to this point, my primary issue has been with unreliable maintenance. The new Maintenance Supervisor is showing promise of turning this around.

So twice now I have had a maintenance emergency in the middle of the night. Both times someone showed up regardless of the time. Thanks to Donnie for the repairs and Kimberly. She always addresses any concerns answers all questions. Great staff and place to live!!!
