With our most recent experience, we received another car after being told ours was not available. The car we received was in need of cleaning, which my wife and I did prior to loading it for our trip. I called and spoke with a representative and requested a notation be placed in our account. When we returned the car, the representative agreed to not only reimburse us for the car wash, but also agreed to an additional amount I requested being taken off our account. There were several sincere apologies and my wife and I will continue to use their services in the future. Even though the overall experience started in a negative manner, the representative provided excellent customer service and ensured we were happy before we left.”

“Went to Olde Milford Barber Shop to get my first straight razor shave as a birthday present, plus a haircut. I was pleasantly surprised. The shave was quite good and I got the best haircut I ever had. The decor was nice and reminiscent of older days with modern updates. The staff were very fun to interact with the myriad of topics for conversation. With my hair thinning in all the wrong places and a monk bald spot my Barber took into account those with the shape of my head as it should be done and gave me a magnificent haircut. Definitely will be returning. Come with a sense of humor and be ready to laugh with the staff!”
