Avenue at Broadview Heights Care and Rehabilitation Center

I am writing this on behalf of a former patient who is not tech savvy and unable to do a google review. I had her permission to post this review. Her name is Kathy, and she was at another facility on a ventilator. She was unable to be weaned because the facility she was at did not provide that service. She came to our facility with the hope of being weaned off the ventilator, have her trach removed and go home with her sister. She was at our facility for 6 months. With the help of nursing, the respiratory therapists and the pulmonary nurse practitioner she was able to be weaned and went home a month or so ago. She wanted you to know her experience at the Avenue at Broadview Heights was 5 star and feels if the wheels were not put in motion by caring individuals who saw her weaning potential and went above and beyond, she would not be home. She stated she was eternally grateful.

My husband has been residing at The Avenue at Broadview Hts for four months. The staff has provided excellent care; they are very professional and treat the residents with loving care .
