Definitive is the best. My car was towed in late last night. Prior to being towed, I was informed my car would be ready for pickup on Saturday. Imagine my surprise when I got the call that the car was repaired and ready for pickup this afternoon. The price I paid was even less than the amount quoted. I must say, I was impressed with the professionalism, communication and the cleanliness upon entering the building. They took exceptionally good care of me. If you are looking for a business that still abides by the customer first mentality, then Definitive is the business to call.

I took my 2018 Porsche 911 to Definitive to have it de-badged, body & wheels ceramic coated, grill screens added, & control module installed. The staff at Definitive went over & above to provide exceptional service & the work was all top notch. They were very patient in addressing my questions about the work to be performed, provided a tour of the facility prior to beginning work, & did a great job of keeping me informed while the car was in service. Highly recommend!

It's my first time ever coming there, came to get some parts installed for my car and instantly fell in love with the place. Very clean and nice building inside and out. Staff are very very cool and nice and professional. The owner gave me a quick tour of the place since they had just opened up recently and their equipment is brand new and top of the line and they definitely know what they're doing and are good at there job. They took my car in and in an hour and a half it was out and they even told me about some things they noticed wrong with the car and recommended I should check it out and get replaced soon. Overall very nice place with great staff that are very good at their job. Highly recommend it. Great pricing too!
