  I had made a stop today at the North Royalton Conrads today. I have never been to a Conrads before so I was kind of scared. I went to a bunch of other shops before stoping here to see if they could figure out why my tire light was still on and was always told to just drive it will turn off on its own but still on I was getting tired of light and was getting nowhere. as I arrived at the Conrads in North Royalton, I was just hoping that there will be some relief. I had saw a technician name, Shane outside helping an older lady fill up her tires. I went up to him and asked if he could help me he said he had absolutely no problem and he would get right to me as soon as he was done. As it was my turn he had politely asked what was the concern. I had explain to him my issue he said let’s take a look at it. He was able to figure out exactly why the light was on and was able to fix the problem in no time. He was able to also let me know that my tires conditions we’re in need of replacement and would recommend replacement soon. I try to give him something for his time and he said no, thank you. And proceeded to tell me to have a great day! Just wanna say thanks again what a great person this man is definitely need more people like him in this world definitely will return for tires in the near future.

  I absolutely hate car shops but if I would recommend one this would be the place. The staff is very accommodating and actually tells the truth. Not only that if you are unsure they will let you even go out and look at the issue with them.

  I was In not long ago, I was in with a family’s car it had an issue with a tire, it kept losing air. I had gone to the North Royalton store. Staff was very friendly, The technician working on it had brought my vehicle in right away! He had also shown me the puncture and knowing I had told him I was tight on the money he said he could fix it for me. I want to thank Shane for being quick with the repair I’ve never had a repair done as quickly as he did it! I greatly appreciated him telling me other things that were needed with the vehicle and allowing me to vent to him about the issues I have. He was able to not only get out quickly but had made my day even better! I definitely would highly recommend him he is a good worker and definitely has a positive impact on anything he does thanks again, Shane!
