I didn't know one body shop from the rest so I asked a couple of family members who were mechanics. Both recommended Paint Works in N Royalton. The owner is very particular and will do it right I was told. My car looks better now than when I bought it! The owner of this business is an honest, hard working guy that does a tremendous job. He took care of all of the insurance stuff and communicated what was going on. Very happy!”

“If you are searching for an honest business with amazing customer service, this is definitely the place to go! Our son's car needed some repairs and they were handled promptly. I took him to pick to car up yesterday and he was involved in a pretty bad accident as he pulled out of the garage driveway! The woman that had cashed us out ran across the street to ask if my son was OK and she was so kind. She offered advice for hopefully having our expensive repair cost to be covered in the accident and she even sent me the garage's surveillance video that covered the crash. While our repair story didn't have a happy ending and my son's car is most definitely totaled, we were impressed by the quality of service and kindness we received and will be back!”
