I have lived at Shoreline for 1 year and am about to re-sign my lease for 2020. I absolutely love living here. First, you wake up every morning to the views of the water. Everyday shares something new and beautiful, peaceful and interesting. I have had a few maintenance issues and they have taken care of immediately and the work that was done was complete and accurate. The management office is very nice and I feel they truly want to assist you. I use the workout area just about everyday and the pool is a great place to socialize, relax and the views are amazing--watching sailboats, fisherman, freighters, and even the GoodTime II go by. I have used the Party room and it is great to entertain when your apartment isn't large enough. I am in a 2 bedroom unit and it is gorgeous--updated. Bathrooms have tiled showers. Moving in was a breeze. Heated parking garage with a car wash inside which I use all the time. Lockers for your Amazon deliveries so you can pick up whenever it works for you. I feel safe and the common areas are clean. I work at Case Western Reserve so the drive is about 4 miles to the University Circle area--location is perfect!!!!! I would suggest you come and see these units.
I’ve lived at the Shoreline since June, 2019. It’s been a pleasure! The complex is well kept. Nice and clean always. The Leasing office personnel, are the best! Donna, our property manager is always helpful and pleasant. Our apartment is very, very nice and spacious, with a beautiful view. The maintenance crew is also very nice and quick to handle your requests. I’m really proud to call The Shoreline “HOME”! What a great choice!
We moved into the Shoreline in June of 2019. Our experience here has been wonderful. Our apartment is great, the staff is great. Maintenance crew handles all issues quickly. This was definitely the right move.
My husband and I moved in earlier this summer and have had a great experience at the Shoreline so far. Donna the property manager as well as the whole team at the leasing office have been very attentive and have made it a wonderful stay. The Shoreline is a beautiful property located right on the water, tenants and staff are friendly. Great place to live!
live here!!!!! i love it! the maintenance is fast, the leasing office is friendly, and they receive your packages for you and you can pick them up after office hours! it's right on the lake which i looove. i don't live on the lakefront side, i live on the east side of the building, but i can still see the lake from my window, so if you want to save money, get an apartment on the east side of the building. you won't regret living here!!!!! it's well worth the money!
