After being snubbed at the Lexus dealership and visited the outdated Toyota dealership down the road, we quickly found our way back in Mike’s office. “Enterprise personal are always professional and courteous. Depending on the time of day and day of the week, which goes for all of the rental car companies, determines if they have a car for you that you originally booked. However, with that in mind, Enterprise personnel have consistently tried to accommodate me with a comparable vehicle or an upgrade. Unfortunately, most upgrades cost more and that is a choice that has to be made by you. Cleanliness of the vehicles varies by location and changes every time. Better prices seem to be consistent for vehicles at Enterprise compared to other companies. Models are not consistent, just had a King Ranch F150 in Tennessee, loaded, compared to a bare bones F150 in Southern California. Models and options should be consistent across the world, no bare bones vehicles.”
