Granted, the company isn’t perfect, but the company takes initiative to listen to their employees, patients, and customers for ways to make sure everyone has a pleasant experience, if not now then in the future. Communication has improved between management, dispatch, and the road crew. If you’re a patient, the staff is very understanding and easy to talk to. There’s tons of bonuses given to the employees, and flexible scheduling… like REAL flexible scheduling. They’ll even pick the employee up from home if there are any car problems or severe weather conditions; I know from experience. There’s different bases and a satellite to give employees options to work closer to home. The company will even pay you while you’re going to school, and/or to go back to school. I’ve tried working other places, but there really is no place like home.”
