This place has by far the best customer service. Its really clean and well maintained. The gate has late night entry until 10pm with is a major plus. Most storage units close at 7pm gate and all. The place is well secured, you don’t have to worry about someone breaking in. Steven has an amazing attitude. Always greeted when coming by and I’m always asked if I need anything to just let him know. Great experience, will continue doing business here.

Steve was really throughout and very friendly. He was catering to my short time for checking out the storage and explained everything consciously and clearly. Also, he helped me to look for another space within the same facility. I would recommend anyone who is looking for a clean, easy to assess, friendly storage.

I'm so impressed, I have never seen a more meticulously clean storage area in my life. The interior walls are so pristine, the South Pasadena location is very customer service oriented, very clean and very safe. I'm so glad I chose this location.
When I think of writing a review, I thing to myself, "would by daughter be comfortable and safe at this location", the answer is yes, I would recommend it to anyone.
