Columbia Square Apartments

Meh. For the money what do you want. Staff is very nice and helpful, until you sign the lease and then they have no idea who you are. A real dr heckle. I would live there again based on the prices and location. Not too bad. Management company has its pluses and minuses. Things are generally taken care of and appliances, paint, laundry, pool are all indecent shape.

I enjoyed staying in this apartment. Always prompt response for any query / maintenance and very supportive during lease making and breaking. Love to stay again.

The manager was absolutely lovely in helping me apply. So friendly and professional. Would definitely recommend the apartments and staff.

This place is a great location from everything. Not too far from downtown and there’s a lot of restaurants and shops within minutes. The staff has been very helpful and friendly. They are very quick in responding If there is something wrong or damage in the apartments. Some things are a little run down in apartments such as windows, window screens, cabinets, and bathrooms need updating. Disappointed the apartment complex does not have a gym. Also a little upset with the heating service and how you have to pay a service fee even if you do not use any heat at all. This was not disclosed before by the company until I got my first bill. The walls are kind of thin and sometimes can hear neighbors music or their tv going or just them talking. It is a great place for someone who is looking for a reasonable priced apartment. This is my first apartment and I enjoy it. The two bed, two bath apartment is a nice size for having people over or family to visit and spend the night. All in all, I would recommend living here and it is a great place to live.
